By using akguttergals.com or requesting services from AK Gutter Gals LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you give us and, where needed, an on-site visit. The final scope and price are confirmed in the written estimate you approve. If conditions on the job differ from what was described or seen, we will talk with you before doing additional work.

Services and service area

We provide gutter and roof care in Anchorage and surrounding communities. For safety reasons, we service single- and two-story homes only. We do not take on three-story or higher jobs. We may decline or reschedule work because of weather, unsafe conditions, or access problems.

Scheduling and access

Please make sure we can reach the areas to be worked on, and let us know about pets, fragile items, or hazards. If you cannot keep an appointment, contact us as early as you can.

Our commitment

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right.

Limits

Our work does not cover pre-existing damage or conditions we identify and tell you about. Tarping is a temporary measure, not a permanent repair. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law
